We are asking all of our wonderful residents to participate in an effort to keep Courtney Reserve beautiful! If you see any of your neighbors not picking up after their pets, leaving trash in the breezeways or disposing of cigarettes on the grounds, please notify the office immediately! Each of these offenses comes with a $25 fine, so violators beware! We need all of your help so keep your eyes peeled! We appreciate your cooperation!

Rent: Due on the 1st and late after the 5th of each month(Holidays are no exception).

Pest Control: Dodson Pest Control treats our community every Wednesday morning. If you would like your apartment treated for any reason, please let the office staff know!

Work Orders: If you have a maintenance request for your apartment or for your building, you can enter a work order online through our website http://www.courtneyreserve.com or call the office (919-481-1105).

Movie Theater Rental: Available for reservation 7 days a week and as late as 11:00pm. Rates and Deposit are subject to change. Please call with questions or to reserve it for your personal event.

Pets: We love our pets here at Courtney Reserve! However, all pets must be accounted for on your lease. Recent vet statements, photograph, and Pet Fee are required per pet. Any unidentified animals discovered in the community are subject to a fine at the residents expense, resulting in a violation of the lease agreement.
